The Oct. 12, 2000 attack in a Yemen port took 17 US lives." I agree. The presence of military vessels and equipment in the Port of Olympia creates a terrorist target that would not otherwise exist. The solution is to get the military out of our port. And since the presence of the military endangers the citizens of Olympia, it then becomes my business, as well as Councilman T.J. Johnson's, since, as my elected representative, he is obligated to represent his constituents and the best interests of the City of Olympia. Carrie Lybecker
