(police said on site that the charges are pedestrian interference. 
Reilly says they were on the dirt on the other side of the sidewalk 
opposite the street. He said the reached out and grabbed Luke and Josh).

Oly city jail is telling me they may not be released after being booked. 
They say they will not be booked until at least 5 pm.
