Nazi #1  Dylan Marchand, Oregon Marchand, a member of Jim Ramm's Oregon Tualatin Valley Skins, submitted an application to participate in the state's Adopt-A-Road litter-cleanup program, and thereby appropriated a rural road in Marion County in the name of the American Nazi Party. The Ku Klux Klan did the same in Missouri, 1994. The signs were removed by unknown persons in less than two weeks. Nazi #2  Jim Ramm, Unit Leader NSM Oregon AKA Matthew Eugene/Ernest Ramsey, Ramm is a 40-year-old industrial manufacturer and Unit leader for NSM Oregon where he heads a neo-Nazi group called "Tualatin Valley Skins." He formerly lived in Snohomish and Colville, Washington. According to media reports, he told a reporter that he had grown up in Hillsboro, seen the growth of Hispanic immigration and graduated from Portland State University. "But Ramsey's 87-year-old mother, who lives in rural Washington, told The Oregonian in a telephone interview that she did not approve of her son's behavior and did not know where it came from [article]. Her son did not grow up in Hillsboro, she said, but in rural northern Washington. He did not attend PSU, she and school officials said, but graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in graphic communications in 1987. In Oregon, she said, he holds a blue-collar job. His mother isn't aware of Ramsey having any children, although she thinks he does have a girlfriend." Nazi #3  Gary Nemeth, Tacoma Unit Leader Nemeth's web site, Voice of Action Radio Nazi #4  Justin Boyer, Washington State/Seattle Unit Leader Justin Boyer, in background at left and below right in January, is variously referred to as Washington State or Seattle Unit Leader of the NSM. He reportedly moved to WA State from Ohio in Sept 2005 after being recruited by the national party and now lives in Des Moines. In an illuminating Jan 2006 radio interview with Jim Ramm, Boyer was asked, "What does your family think?" "My family, ok, in the beginning it was 'I don't care.' When I got hard core and joined a group, they're like 'what the hell are you doing, you're going to get killed.' They contradicted their words: Don't hang around black people, don't ever have a n----- girfriend, stay in your own white race, and then later, all right, 'I don't really care, do what you want, you're 17-16.' You told me as a child not to go out with these races because they're bad and they'll mess up your blood line. They contradicted their own words and I said the jews got you, the one-eyed jew, the idiot box. They sat there watching the TV news, bascially that Nazis hold hate rallies. I said, 'You're watching that kind of stuff? You're watching the Jew box.'"
